National Biography Awards shortlist announcement 2020

Join us online as we announce the shortlist for the 2020 National Biography Award which recognises excellence in biography, autobiography and memoir writing. 

The announcement will be preceded by a conversation between Robert Tickner AO, author of the recently released biography Ten Doors Down, and Caroline Baum, author of Only: A Singular Memoir. Our speakers will be discussing the contemporary relevance and significance of biography and memoir, and the trials and tribulations of sharing complex and highly personal stories. 

The National Biography Award has recognised excellence in biography, autobiography and memoir writing since 1996.
